Terms and Conditions:

1. Monthly fees must be paid in advance for the current Nepali month on or before the 10 working days.

2. Bills are dispatched on the first and second of the current month and have to settle as mentioned above. A surcharge of 5% on tution fee will be added to the bill amount if not paid on time.

3. No reduction is made in any kind of fee for short or extended absence.

4. Parents wishing to withdraw their ward/s from the school hostel during the year will have to pay the boarding and lodging fees for the whole year.

5. Fees for the Vacation of Dashain, Tihar, Chhatt must be paid in advance before the vacation. So the fees of two months excluding services fee for a month must be paid in advance.

6. Once the transportation and lunch services are taken, they have to be activated for Three months. (Not less than three months.)
